Repair or replace burns or water damage.
Install new sub floors if required.
Eliminate pre existing squeaks.
Level and patch existing floors,
to meet industry standards.
Appliances and/or plumbing fixtures
removed and re installed.
Cut and refit Interior/Exterior doors
due to elevation changes.
Provide final transitions to connecting floors.
Apply new, painted or stained moldings
as applicable.
