Removal of “asbestos free” existing vinyl
Repair or replace burned or water damaged under floors
Install new sub floors if required
Eliminate squeaks
Level and patch existing floors to industry standards.
Appliances and/or plumbing fixtures removed and re installed.
Cut and refit Interior/exterior doors due to elevation changes
Provide final transitions to connecting floors.
Apply new, painted or stained moldings as applicable.
